OmegaEnergy® - Omega 3 Fish Oil Capsules
1,800 mg of EPA and DHA per serving, from oil that has been distilled clean.
OmegaEnergy® is a molecularly distilled fish oil concentrate. Three softgels give you 1,080 mg of EPA and 720 mg of DHA, the two omega-3 fatty acids that research is actually conducted on, at a dose worth taking rather than the token amount in a bargain bottle.

Why the dose and the purity are the whole story
Two things separate one fish oil from another, and neither is on the front of the bottle. The first is how much actual EPA and DHA you get per serving; the second is what was removed from the oil before it went into the capsule.
A dose that matches the researchMost studies on omega-3s use 1,000 mg of combined EPA and DHA per day and up. A serving of OmegaEnergy provides 1,800 mg. Many supermarket fish oils list “1,000 mg fish oil” on the label but contain only 300 mg of EPA and DHA between them.
Molecular distillationThe oil is molecularly distilled to remove heavy metals, PCBs and other contaminants that accumulate in fish. It is tested to exceed government guideline levels for purity, which is the part you cannot taste or see.
EPA and DHA togetherEPA and DHA do different jobs, and both are present here in a 40/20 ratio rather than one being padded out with cheaper filler oils. No flax, no blends that count ALA as if it were the same thing.
How to read a fish oil label
- Ignore the big number. “1,200 mg fish oil” is the weight of the oil, not the omega-3s in it. Look for the EPA and DHA figures underneath.
- Add EPA and DHA together. That total, per serving, is the number to compare across brands and price points.
- Check the serving size. A cheap bottle may need three or four capsules to reach what one serving of a concentrate provides.
- Look for a purity statement. Molecular distillation, third-party testing, or a statement about heavy metals and PCBs.
How to use it: three softgels daily with a meal. Omega-3s are fats, so they are absorbed better with food; taking them with your largest meal also reduces the chance of aftertaste. Keep the bottle closed and out of direct heat.
Fish oil can thin the blood. If you take an anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication, are pregnant or nursing, have a fish or shellfish allergy, or have surgery scheduled, talk to your physician before taking any omega-3 supplement.
Where it fits
Omega-3s are one of the few supplements worth taking if you do not eat oily fish two or three times a week. If you do, you may not need this at all, and we would rather say so. Everything else we make is built on the same principle: fewer products, honest amounts, a label you can read.
Most people pair it with ProEnergy whey protein isolate at breakfast and Greenergy when vegetable intake is low. The whole approach is in the EnergyFirst Program.
