Are you an EnergyFirst success story? I just want to commend you on your excellent program and products. The guide is very complete and I appreciate the scientific explanations and, of course, all the recipes and sample menus. That really makes it easy to follow and plan energizing meals. 
I followed The Body for Life program for 24 weeks and lost 43 lbs but never achieved the level of energy I was seeking. I got discouraged and gave up. I regained 25 pounds and decided to search for another program. I intuitively knew something was missing from the BFL program but didn't know what it was. I had a suspicion it was the incompleteness of the BFL program in that it didn't emphasize good fats and the fact that EAS supplements were full of artificial sweetners like sucralose. I had never heard of EnergyFirst until I made an internet search for "all natural whey protein" where your site popped up on the first page of results. Initially the name "EnergyFirst" caught my attention because that was my first priority in a fitness/nutrition program, energy! So I clicked on the link and was very impressed with the information and especially the free Quick Start Guide. So I ordered the Super Kit and started the program "to the letter" this past Monday (9/25/06). I am astounded by the increase in energy, mental clarity, focus, improvement in attitude and outlook on life that has occurred in only 3 1/2 days! I went from being groggy after meals, taking naps, starving and feeling down to going all day long with enthusiasm and without being hungry! I contribute the difference to your program's focus on good fats, absence of artificial ingredients especially artificial sweetners and of course the amazing Greenergy and Pro Energy Whey Isolate products! Of course your program and BFL have simlarities but your program is far superior in being healthier and more effective. I have found the lifestyle program that meets all my fitness/nutrition goals and will follow for life!
