Great tasting shakes and protein bars. I am a huge believer in no added sugar. I am glad to see that stevia is being used instead of sugar. No sugar spikes. Easy to use protein shakes. I love the Ultimate Vanilla flavor by itself or adding a few pieces of fruit in the blender.

I absolutely loved the protein bars. They didn’t not have the grainy texture that most protein bars do and the BEST part is they are super LOW in sugar . Yet the were packed with flavor . No doubt one of the best Bars I have had in a long time. The amnino acids were a great kickstart to my workout . The orange flavor reminded me a lot of a creamsicle. @energyfirst soon as I started drinking my strawberry supreme green energy mix I instantly felt a extra pep in my step and thinking great products the protein bars are better than most.

Greenergy: great way to start my day and tastes better than any other green drink I’ve had. I drink one scoop with 2 cups of water in the morning. Prefuel: the orange flavor is tasty. I drink 2-3 scoops about 30 minutes before my workout. It gets me ready for and gives me the energy I need to sustain my tough workouts. Protein Powder: my favorite is the strawberry flavor. I drink one scoop right after my workout but would like to drink 2 scoops if I have more. Protein Bars: all three flavors; cookies n cream, peanut butter and chocolate chip, are good, but my favorite is the peanut butter. They’re nice healthy snacks that are high in protein which I like!

As an undefeated professional boxer, I am constantly looking for ways to better my performance and recovery.
