We at EnergyFirst are happy to be through last month’s temporary backorders on a few of our core products. This is our first real backorder in the last decade, but when a surge in demand for our products combines with people not being able to work the bottling lines, a backorder ensues. Thank you for your loyalty and patience as we got our products bottled and onto the FedEx delivery truck as quickly as possible. We are grateful to have such wonderful customers - we will always do our best for you each and every day.
In an effort to make meal planning and prepping easier for you, this month we are going to talk a bit about leftovers and how to embrace them. I truly love leftovers (sometimes more than the original serving) though I know not everyone is in that camp. These simple tips may change the way you look at leftovers in the future.
