This is always a fun time of the year, though it’s also a time when there tends to be lots of candy in the house. Let’s try to focus this month on ensuring that we keep the fun elements of Halloween while maintaining our focus on the healthy lifestyle and peak performance that is core to our EnergyFirst Program. First off, nutrition is the most important thing to think about in this time of candy and Halloween treats. We’ll read about the dangers associated with rBGH and the threat it poses to our health.
