Happy July, and welcome to your perfect summer. Why? Because you decide it is! Why can’t this be the summer that you truly take the time to enjoy the beach, BBQs, outdoor fitness, swimming, hiking and more? If you didn’t plan ahead to shed those winter pounds that seemed to “creep up” on you, don’t let that stop you. There is no time like the present to take action and still be able to actualize the summer of your dreams.
