"EnergyFirst is an integral part
of our healthy and vibrant lifestyle!"
My family reaps great benefits from living the EnergyFirst lifestyle (as outlined in my Energy Guide book). First, we are not perfect... we have cheat meals and take unplanned breaks from exercise. But, we are "on-program" most the time. There a few things we make sure to do every day - stay hydrated and drink EnergyFirst ProEnergy Protein Shakes.
The guidelines we find most helpful and easy to follow are to stay hydrated, start the day off with a good breakfast – EnergyFirst Whey Protein, eat meals based on the "a fist, a thumb and fist" (a fist-sized serving of good protein, a thumb-sized serving of good fats and a fist-sized serving of good carbs), take daily supplements (including a the EnergyFirst VitaEnergy) and exercise regularly.
In the past year, me and all members of my family (including my wife, who gave birth to our baby boy in March) hiked Half Dome in Yosemite, trained for and ran/walked in several 5K's and 10K's, participated in a "Muddy Buddy" adventure race, practiced yoga, did strength (weight) training, and, most importantly... had fun staying active together!
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so I'm proud to share this picture of my family that we sent out to our family and close friends with our holiday cards this season. However, what is going on inside the body is a very important indicator of health. The following are results from our blood panels from our recent physical examination:
