What is in it
Four habits, thirty days.
WaterHalf your body weight in ounces a day, and the drinks that do not count toward it.
The shakeThe recipe, the flavour variations, and why whey isolate rather than concentrate.
The plateFoods to lean on and foods to drop, with real serving sizes for both.
MovementAerobic work in the fat-burning range, plus a chart for tracking what actually changes.
The part people use first
The shake is four things in a blender.
- Liquid. One and a half cups of water or plain unsweetened almond milk.
- Protein. Two scoops of ProEnergy whey isolate, vanilla or chocolate.
- A good fat. A tablespoon of oil or seeds: flax, chia, or a seed blend.
- Unprocessed carbohydrate. Half a cup to a cup of fresh or frozen unsweetened fruit.
Why this combination
Protein, fat and unprocessed carbohydrate together slow the rise and fall of blood sugar, which is the whole premise of the guide. Chapter three goes through it properly.

What the guide points at
Three products, if you want them.
The guide works on its own. These are the three EnergyFirst products it refers to, at whatever they cost today.
Read it first. Decide after.
The guide costs nothing and asks for nothing but an email address. If it changes how a week goes, the products are here.
