How do you make an EnergyFirst Shake?
Add to a blender the following ingredients:
Liquid: 1 1/2 cups of pure water or almond milk.
Lean Complete Protein:
2 scoops of EnergyFirst Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla, Chocolate or Strawberry)
Good Fat:
1 tablespoon EnergyFirst Omega Oil Blend Or 1 tablespoon EnergyFirst Omega Seed Mix Or 1/4 cup of EnergyFirst 3/6 Whole Seed Blend.
Unprocessed Carbohydrate:
1/2 to 1 cup of fresh or frozen (unsweetened) fruit.
Supplementation:
Add 1 scoop of EnergyFirst Greenergy for an extra energy, antioxidants, and immune system boost. Great for warding off colds and flu! A perfect substitue for coffee!
Add ice for a thicker, creamier shake. Blend to desired smoothness and enjoy.
This recipe makes about 24-28-ounces. Drink the whole shake for a complete meal, or drink until you are full. For a snack-sized shake, cut the recipe in half.

What Liquid is best to use in your EnergyFirst Shake?
Pure water is recommended for ultimate hydration, but for a thicker shake, you can try plain organic almond milk.
Water: Use pure water-distilled, filtered, or spring water. Water is the best option because it can be included in your daily intake of water; and there is no extra carbohydrate content to take into account. It is the perfect option if you are carbohydrate sensitive.
Almond Milk: This is thick, creamy non-dairy milk made from almonds! You can find it in the "Greenwise" or health food section of any good grocery store, or at your local health food store. Kids especially love the taste of shakes with almond milk! Use plain almond milk (i.e. with no added sweetener) and choose organic where possible. EnergyFirst ProEnergy mixed with almond milk is a great snack.
