"EnergyFirst changed my life."

Dear Friend,

After open heart surgery and a stroke in 1996, I have been very blessed with vibrant health and energy for the last 12 years, which I attribute to my balanced nutrition program. A lot of what I know about energizing, healthy nutrition I learned from a wonderful company called EnergyFirst. Because of the significant impact EnergyFirst has had on my life, I am taking the opportunity in this letter to introduce their program and product to you.

My life has never been the same. These two simple things gave me more energy than I could have imagined, lowered my cholesterol and triglycerides to very low risk levels, and helped me lose (and keep off to this day!) 20lbs of body fat.

What is The EnergyFirst Shake?

I was first introduced to The EnergyFirst Shake in 1998 when EnergyFirst attended one of my conferences. I drank a shake in the morning of the conference instead of my usual breakfast of coffee and a bagel, and what I experienced surprised me. My energy was high all morning–I didn’t experience my usual mid–morning energy lags–and I didn’t experience my regular hunger or cravings. And it tasted great, much better than some of the other energy shakes I had tried over the years. This made me very curious. What I discovered was that the EnergyFirst Shake was a balanced blend of the highest quality lean protein (100% whey protein isolate), good fats/oils (containing essential fatty acids omega 3 and 6), and high fiber fruit. The reason why I experienced these results was because the combination of protein, good fats, and high fiber fruit kept my blood sugar stable and minimized the release of excess insulin. This prevented my usual blood sugar drops which usually cause hunger and cravings and low energy.

The EnergyFirst Shake is 100% natural, and uses only the purest, highest quality ingredients, something you cannot find at a GNC or local health food store. Much of what you find on the shelves contains artificial sweeteners, cheap fillers, and low grade, poor tasting protein powder. The basic recipe that I use to make my EnergyFirst Shake is:

• 1 1/2 cups of cold water or non–fat milk
• 2 scoops of EnergyFirst 100% Whey Isolate (in Vanilla or Chocolate)
• 1 tablespoon of EnergyFirst Omega Oil Blend or Omega Seed Mix
• 1 tablespoon of EnergyFirst Greenergy
• 1/2 cup of fruit (apples or berries are perfect)

My favorite shake is Vanilla Apple Cinnamon. My wife’s is Chocolate Banana. The combinations of flavors are only limited by your imagination! Here’s some information about the EnergyFirst products I use in my shake:

Protein!

Greens!

EnergyFirst Greenergy gave me the answer! 1 serving (1 tablespoon) provides the equivalent of 2lbs. of 100% certified organic green vegetables!
