Low-Carb EnergyFirst Shake Recipes

These are special, low carbohydrate recipes for diabetics,
and anyone who is carbohydrate or sugar sensitive.


Step 1)   Liquid:
Add 1 ½ cups of cold liquid: pure water or organic soy milk or almond milk to a blender.
Step 2)   Lean, Complete Protein:
Add 2 scoops of Energy First ProEnergy whey protein isolate powder
Step 3)   Good Fat:
Add 1/4 cup of Energyfirst Omega Mix (great source of fiber and essential fats) AND 1 tablespoon of Omega Oil Blend
Step 4)   High-Fiber Carbohydrate:
Add 1/2 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened fruit - strawberries are best.
Step 5)   Supplementation:
Add 1 scoop of Energyfirst Greenergy.
Add ice for a thicker, creamier shake. Blend for 30 to 45 seconds and Enjoy!
