EnergyFirst Success Story

I began using Energy First products when I found out I was pregnant and continue to use them now that Mallory is born and now 6 months old!

I wanted to make sure that I was providing my body and my developing baby everything she needed.   And once she was born I began (and still am) breastfeeding.   Greenergy is my favorite product.  It seems like it is hard to get everything I need to eat in with such busy hectic days and this is one way that I know I am getting my greens and some energy as well!  It is a hard balance to make sure I am eating enough to provide what my body and my baby needs and at the same time lose the weight I gained during pregnancy and keep working out and gaining back the muscle!

I was back in the gym a week after Mallory was born doing light weights!  Mallory has become a part of our workout routine now!  My husband and I take turns wearing her depending on what body part we are working out!

Now I am back to my pre-pregnancy clothes about eight weeks after she was born!
