One year ago, I made 2 changes to my diet:

  1. ProEnergy whey protein shakes for breakfast
  2. Replaced Coke and juices for Greenergy and Green Tea (hot and iced).

I did this for the last year and then had my blood tested.

The results:

  1. Triglicerides reduced from 205 to 108
  2. Cholesterol reduced 60 points to 147
