"GREENERGY IS THE BEST TASTING GREEN DRINK... PERIOD"

As soon as I started using the EnergyFirst products, I liked how I felt! I was skeptical at first that one shake would keep me satisfied for 4 hours, but I'm now a believer. I'd been searching for a no nonsense plan to better health. I believe in the EnergyFirst program. I read your Energy Guidebook and was thrilled with the information provided. I continue to review the guide each day trying to absorb everything I can. I've been searching for proper protein/carb/fat combos for the last six months. I didn't realize how much I was over-carbing. I was also surprised to read in the Hypothyroid section that I shouldn't be eating broccoli, cabbage, and spinach. I had been eating spinach twice a day because I like it but have now switched to cucumbers, celery, and green peppers.

As for the EnergyFirst products themselves the Greenergy drink "IS THE BEST TASTING GREEN DRINK...PERIOD". I had been using another product and I had to force myself to drink it and finally found I could reduce the taste by putting it in a cup of apple juice (I now know that's a no no). I was skeptical of the Greenergy but now am converted. I tried it straight up with water and was shocked.

The whey protein is delicious, simple to mix and makes my morning meal simple. I enjoy the omega mix in my shakes and on yogurt as well.

I know this is the beginning of a wonderful journey.
