My health has improved tremendously!  I’ve lost 70lbs.  I have energy.  Thanks EnergyFirst!

I’ve been consuming EnergyFirst Whey Protein shakes for a little over a year.  And, my health has improved tremendously!

Daily (usually for breakfast), my EnergyFirst shakes generally consist of 2 scoops of EnergyFirst ProEnergy Whey Protein with one cup of 1% organic milk.  In addition, I like to add stevia, EnergyFirst Greenergy, cocoa and, sometimes, a spoonful of instant coffee (because I love the flavor of coffee).  I also add one banana and about one cup of crushed ice.  Some days, I have another shake in the evening-adding frozen fruit to EnergyFirst Vanilla ProEnergy Whey Protein Powder.  Yum!

Initially, I lost about 20 pounds; and, thus, felt energetic enough to join a fitness center with a large lap pool.  I began swimming, on the average, 3 times a week.  It was tough going at first because I hadn't been in a pool for more than 10 years.  As I began my exercise program I lost more weight-I wasn't starving and I had energy for the first time in many years (I’m 60 years old).

Currently, I have lost over 70 pounds.  Now, I can move without pain.  So, I’ve started walking on a treadmill and riding a stationary bike
In addition, I am diabetic.  Now, I take half of the oral meds and I have seen my long-term test for blood sugar control lower to within normal range.  I know the weight loss contributes to this improvement but eating the right kind of protein (EnergyFirst ProEnergy Whey Protein) has also been a major factor.

I credit so much of my success to EnergyFirst products!  I am finally getting enough of the right protein!  It tastes good and is filling-I just don't get hungry.  By adding stevia, I satisfy my sweet tooth which helps me stay away from the breads and pastries that I have enjoyed for too many years.  I am not cured of all of my bad habits but I am able to control them using EnergyFirst products.

* Just a note – This summer, I drove 2500 miles through several states.  I took plenty of EnergyFirst products and my EnergyFirst blender bottle so I wouldn't fall prey to heavy fat and carb meals along the way!
